Farewell & Many Thanks!
Dear Kirby Choir Families Past & Present:
This past week has been a whirlwind! I have accepted the position of assistant choir director at Rider High School for the upcoming school year. While I am excited about this amazing opportunity, this change also comes with great sadness. I have spent my entire 17 years of teaching at Kirby, & have worked VERY hard to make the choir program the success it is today. We have accomplished SO MUCH the past few years, with growing numbers & 2 back-to-back Perfect Sweepstakes! I want you all to know that I plan to work very closely with my replacement so that he/she can continue our tradition of excellence. It may be rough going for a while, but please do what you can to encourage your students to stick with it! I'm just a phone call/email away. Thank you for all of your support & encouragement over the past few years.

Welcome to the home for all things Kirby Choir! We've got several exciting events planned for our kids this year, and we're looking forward to having a wonderful time. We'd like to encourage all parents to become involved, whether as chaperones for trips, helping to organize parties, being a PTA representative for Choir, or especially by joining our Booster Club!

A CHOIR HANDBOOK has been created for you to read online at your convenience. The Handbook covers grading procedures, fundraisers, supplies, and other aspects of our choral program. Be sure to return the last page with your child's shirt order by Friday, Sept. 6th.
